Refunds

Refund rules for HAIL paid plans. Effective 7 August 2026. Have this reviewed before public launch.

HAIL Premium ($4.99) purchases are non-refundable. Premium is a digital product delivered immediately when payment succeeds (scored runs, advanced measurement, What to Fix, and dashboard access). By completing checkout you acknowledge that all Premium sales are final and that no refund, credit, or chargeback goodwill will be issued for change of mind, unused runs, dissatisfaction with a diagnosis, or duplicate purchase by the same email.

HAIL Portfolio ($49.99) is also a digital entitlement delivered on successful payment. Refunds are not offered for change of mind or partial use of the shared run pool. If a technical failure prevented delivery of Portfolio access after a successful charge, contact us with your receipt email and we will restore access or, if restoration is impossible, arrange a remedy.

Premium allows one purchase per email. If Stripe charged you twice for the same Premium checkout due to a processing error, contact us with both receipt IDs — we will investigate and reverse the duplicate charge when confirmed. This does not create a general right to refund Premium.

Filing a chargeback for a valid Premium or Portfolio purchase may result in suspension of the associated email entitlement. Contact us first so we can resolve billing issues directly.
