HAIL provides a team AI-adoption and engineering-system-health assessment, scored archetype results, shareable hero cards, and optional paid unlocks (Premium and Portfolio). Results are diagnostic guidance, not professional, legal, or compliance advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on them.
The free assessment does not require an email. When you provide an address (Save or Upgrade), you must supply a valid address you control. Free scored runs are scoped per browser (30-day cookie), not per email, and are also bounded by per-IP rate limits. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, scoring, or billing.
Premium ($4.99): three scored runs extra over your existing free result, advanced measurement, What to Fix unlock, and returning-user dashboard. One Premium purchase per email. Portfolio ($49.99): a 15-run shared pool plus Teams, Compare, Org map, Insights, and Members. Payments are processed by Stripe. Entitlements activate when payment succeeds. Premium purchases are final and non-refundable — see Refunds.
You retain ownership of assessment answers and team names you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to deliver results, enforce plan limits, send transactional email, and operate the product. See Privacy.
Use HAIL lawfully. Do not scrape or overload the API beyond normal use, reverse-engineer scoring for competitive misuse, share paid access in ways that violate plan limits, or submit content you do not have rights to provide. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or unpaid chargebacks.
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that a diagnosis will match any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 12AIApps4Directors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of HAIL. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
